VA Sunnyvale Master Plan

This project involved design services and master planning for a capital improvement program that adds new Research Administrative office buildings and reorganization of a 4.4 acre site over a 20 year time period. The new buildings will help decompress the Palo Alto tertiary care hospital. The site is located on a portion of the former Onizuka Air Force Base in Sunnyvale, California which was part of the 2005 Base Realignment and Closure Commission (BRAC). The deliverables included a master plan report and 3D presentations for the proposed buildings and site design.
