Tomokazu

MEI was to assist Tomokazu in relocating to a previously occupied fast food establishment at the International Terminal. Due to the temporary nature of this relocation, MEI worked on a fast track cleanup of the existing tenant space including replacement of counters and installation of a new cook line using existing utility hookups.

MEI, working with a proactive Owner, was able to secure permitting through SFO’s Building Inspection & Code Enforcement section within a week of starting work. Construction was completed in a week.
